Customer Service Overview

The Customer Service screen is a quick stop for the users to obtain an idea of the state of their sites such as active, under constructions, etc. This screen also the user to see all detail information GVR holds with respect to user sites, allowing them to contact us and correct any errors. Extra summary information is presented at the bottom, including services and the numbers of sites and tanks enrolled in each.

 

From this screen, you can perform a search to review commissioning status, determine if a customer is enrolled in management service or oversight, or see if ASCs have been assigned to a site. Additionally, tank gauge types, services, etc. for a specified site can be viewed. To manipulate search data, you may use the following three methods.

When a search is performed, the results are returned based on your user ID and summarized on the screen. The data is read-only, and cannot be changed. A detailed summary  can be accessed by clicking on the "Site ID" link.

If you frequently perform compliance searches for a particular site, location, or device, you may save your search criteria so you do not have to enter the same information each time. Finally, filtered data can be output to a printer, sent via email, or saved (exported)  to a file if you do not want to view it on-screen.
