Customer service data is initially searched by status or gauge type. To perform a more detailed search, you can filter the data. Filtering options include groups, location and site data. Filtering by site allows you search by site ID or GVR ID number.
To filter by site:
From the Main Setup window, select the period for which you want to search from the Period drop-down list.
Select the checkbox
beside "Filter by Site."
The window expands and displays "Filter by Site" options.
Select the method by which you want to search:
Site ID: Allows you to search using the site ID number.
GVR ID: Allows you to search using the GVR ID number. (The GVR ID field is only activated if you have access to GVR sites on your user ID.
Enter the site ID in the desired field. (If you do not know the site ID, see Searching for a Site for instructions on locating site IDs and numbers.)
NOTE: To enter multiple sites, separate them by using commas (e.g., 12345, 42352, 85373).
Click Create List to display summary results in the Site List window.
