ATG Dispenser & Performance Overview

The ATG Dispenser & Performance screen is used to view alarms generated by on-site consoles for hardware, software, sensor, and communication alarms as well as monitor dispenser flow data. Subscription to this service allows remote access to diagnose alarms as they occur as well as flow monitoring reports for each dispenser enrolled in the service. When an alarms occurs, they are automatically archived and the customer is notified via email, fax, or phone call for each alarm even. This service is also available for gauges that have the ability to call out on specific alarms as well as gauges that require the Operations Center to manually poll for alarm events.

 

From this screen, you can view data by alarm, location, or site. To manipulate search data, you may use the following three methods.

When a search is performed, the results are returned based on your user ID and summarized on the screen. The data is read-only, and cannot be changed. A detailed summary  can be accessed by clicking on the "Site ID" link.

If you frequently perform compliance searches for a particular site, location, or device, you may save your search criteria so you do not have to enter the same information each time. Finally, filtered data can be output to a printer, sent via email, or saved (exported)  to a file if you do not want to view it on-screen.
