Click the Add
New button.
A blank row
appears in the window.
Enter or select from the drop-down menu the report parameters.
Name: The name of the scheduled report.
Report: The report number.
Output: The format for the generated output.
Sched. Parameter: The parameter page for the scheduled report.
Run Once: The date and time on which the report will run.
Repeated Event: The frequency on which the report will run (e.g., monthly, hourly, etc.).
E-mail Recipient: The e-mail address of the person who should receive the report. (Separate multiple address with a comma.)
On Hold: When selected, indicates the schedule has been put on hold.
