VR209 - Loss Summary Report

The Loss Summary Report is used to identify the volume of unaccounted fuel at fueling sites for a defined reporting period.

Definition

Customer

The name/address of the customer.

Created

The date/time on which the report was generated.

Grade

The grade of fuel.

Sales Litres

The amount of sales measured in litres.

Delivery

The amount of fuel delivered, measured in litres.

Variance Litres

The variance between the amount of fuel delivered and the amount of fuel sold.

Variance % Sales

Amount of variance vs. total sales
