The infrastructure of the FMS system is designed to deliver secure, reliable, and efficient data collection, storage and reporting. The FMS Center is open 24 hours a day, seven days a a week, 365 days a year, and is staffed with technicians who support and maintain the system. The system is able to provide various levels of fuel management using numerous communication methods.

Manual Data Entry Servers
V-R Send
V-R send is an automated voice response system used by field personnel to report inventory, delivery and sales. The data is used to provide a daily inventory report and can also be transferred to the VR office as the basis for UstmanSIRSM Monthly compliance reports.
Inventory Tool
Inventory tool is a web-based data entry system used for data entry, Inventory Planning, Delivery Scheduling, and Dispatch Planning modules.
Polling Servers
Polling servers call each site on a pre-defined scheduled basis to collect appropriate data.
Alarm Servers
Alarm servers receive alarms from the ATG consoles and displays the alarm for an analyst to resolve or archive the alarm and route it to a defined contact via e-mail.
Oracle Database
The Oracle database resides on a secure Internet server and is the central repository for all records and events created and received via the polling and alarm servers. All customer records are stored and identified to allow access to any information at any time.
FMS-Online
FMS-Online is a reporting and web portal to access all up-to-date reports and alarm information stored in the Oracle database and also customize the customer interface.
