Filtering by Group

Fuel logistics data is initially searched by period. To perform a more detailed search, you can filter the data. Filtering options include group, location and site data. Filtering by group allows you search by group name or group ID number.

To filter by group:

  1. From the Main Setup window, enter the range of dates for the period you want to search in the Span fields.

  2. Select the checkbox beside "Filter by Group."

  3. Enter the group ID in the Group ID field. (If you do not know the group ID, see Searching for a Group for instructions on locating group IDs and numbers.)

NOTE: To enter multiple groups, separate them by using commas (e.g., 100300, 101548, 184501).

  1. Click Create List to display summary results in the Site List window.
